My coffee drink was missing from a delivered order. The district manager went brought a coffee to my work to apologize. Talk about customer service, amazing! Thank you!!!
Brady was at the drive through window the night I drove up. It was late (little past 10:30) and I was getting hungry. I explained to him the situation, but I didn’t have a lot cash on me. We talked for a minute about my preferences (mild or spicy chicken, potatoes etc). I told him just do what he can do with the little money I had. He told me not to worry just drive up to the window. When I got there I found Brady to be one of the most helpful and energetic people I’ve ever met. When giving me my order he told me not to worry, that im taken care of . I thanked Brady for everything he did for me , he said it was no problem at all, enjoy my meal,. After extending his hand there was a firm handshake between Brady and myself and I went home to an entire dinner that was both hot and fresh. Not to mention very filling Thank You Brady, I can’t remember a time when I’ve had better service. Be proud of yourself, you’re one of the few.
MY IMPOSSIBLE WHOPPER IS SO GOOD. It's mad hard working fast food--especially with limited staff--but it was made with the quality of a full kitchen. Thank you so much for your effort, it doesn't go unnoticed. And you indeed succeeded in that extra appreciated step of giving me warm chocolate chip cookies. So wonderful and helpful.
